Slab

Belgotex introduces its bold and modern Slab range that combines authenticity with durability. This collection, available in three different colors, has been specifically designed for creatives to build their dream décor from the ground up. Drawing inspiration from concrete - the most frequently used construction material recognized for its reliability - this range exudes strength, trust, and permanence. The Slab range is classified for heavy commercial use and features a dry back (stick down) type of installation. With an overall thickness of 2.5mm and a wear layer of 0.55mm, the tile size stands at 500mm x 500mm. This range has successfully passed VOC testing and is certified by Global GreenTag. Each box contains 16 tiles, covering an area of 4.0m². Notably, these tiles are resistant to chemicals (EN 26987), fire (Bfl-s1 - EN13501), and have a DS-R10 slip resistance (DIN 51130). Other features include thermal conductivity of 0.091 W/m*K (EN 12664), color fastness of > 6 Grade (ISO 105-B02), and sound absorption of approximately 3dB (EN 10140). Each Slab tile is backed by a 20-year residential warranty and a 10-year commercial warranty, adding an extra layer of trust and reliability for the customers. As per SANS 10070 fitting code of practice, Belgotex recommends using a 60mm unhooded soft castor, with a diameter of either 23mm or 38mm, capable of handling a loading capacity of 60kg per castor.
