Introducing Accelerate Boost from Belgotex, a robust multi-scroll loop pile flooring solution crafted for a dynamic pace. The essence of Accelerate lies in its patterned aesthetics that seamlessly blend into spaces, making it the preferred choice for institutions, hospitality environments, and commercial spaces. Accelerate is available in versatile formats - standard tiles, custom-size planks and tiles - and offers a palette of colours that adds vibrancy to any room. Designed for heavy commercial use, Accelerate complies with the EN 1307 classification. Its construction is a tufted multi-scroll loop pile with a yarn type of Stainproof SDX (Solution Dyed Nylon-6), ensuring durability and stain resistance. Selected colours are crafted using Stainproof SDX Eco yarn, reflecting our commitment to sustainability through recycled content. The yarn's pile height ranges from 2 to 3.5mm. The overall thickness of Accelerate stands at approximately 5mm with the NexBac SX backing. It has a substantial total mass of about 3500 g/m2, showcasing its high-density construction. The standard tile size is 50x50cm, and the product is manufactured with a machine gauge of 1/10 inch. It features about 60 stitches per 10cm, reflecting the fine intricacies of its design. When it comes to safety and resilience, Accelerate surpasses expectations with its Class 2 (SANS 10177-4), Bfl-s1 (EN 13501), and Class 1 (ASTM E 648-08) fire classifications. It exhibits a high degree of colour fastness to light, rubbing (both in terms of colour change and staining). With an electrostatic propensity of around 2kV and permanent static control, this flooring ensures a safe and comfortable environment. Accelerate also shines in the area of acoustics with a sound absorption of 0.15 and sound insulation of around 18dB, and it boasts a thermal resistance of 0.0638m2.K/W. Accelerate's durability extends to intense use under castor chairs, adding to its versatility and practicality in commercial environments. Its reliability is underpinned by a 15-year warranty and a 5-year guarantee, underscoring Belgotex's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The product has passed the VOC testing based on GBCSA/GBCA standards, ensuring low emission levels. And, like all Belgotex products, Accelerate is proudly made in South Africa and holds a Green Tag level A certification. It's recommended to use carpet protector mats where castor wheels are used, ensuring the longevity of the flooring. Belgotex Accelerate tiles and planks can be installed in various directions like Tessellated, Ashlar, Random Ashlar, Brick, Monolithic, and Colour Mix, allowing a range of visual effects.
